Frequently asked questions

What counts as an 'active title'?

Any project in development, production, or active distribution with open windows and ongoing rights tracking. Completed titles with no open deals can be archived at no cost.

Can I switch tiers as my slate grows?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any billing cycle. Per-title overages apply automatically when you exceed your tier cap, so you never lose access mid-project.

How does the receipts processing fee work?

When SlateBridge processes royalty payouts on your behalf, we apply a 1.5% fee on cleared receipts (minimum $500/month). If you handle payouts externally, this fee does not apply.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided pilot program for qualified studios. Reach out through the Get Started form and we'll scope a proof-of-concept tailored to your slate.

What kind of support is included?

All tiers include email support. Studio and above get priority response times. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated account manager and custom SLA.
